6.1 View preview

Within Fair Platform, you will be able to take advantage of the new Preview mode, a tool that will allow you to present and share your work from your booth.

Once uploaded you can view artworks (published and unpublished) in list or grid mode.

By clicking on the artwork you will be able to view it in full screen with the full caption and any other information or images depending on the content entered.

In the top right menu you will find:

  • the pencil symbol to change the data in the artwork sheet.
  • the arrow symbol, to share artworks via e-mail or links.
  • the euro symbol, to make the price of the artwork visible or hide it while showing it on the screen to your customer.
  • the eye symbol, to view artworks in View on Wall, and get a preview of the artwork placed within a virtual physical environment. To enable the eye symbol, you must do so within the artwork's tab. Click on the pencil symbol to edit the artwork tab and then click on the Media button. Pointing the cursor at the image will cause the three dot symbol to appear in the lower left corner; click on the three dot symbol and then choose Set as View on Wall.

Close the artwork tab with the X symbol in the upper right corner to return to the artwork preview.

To go to the next or previous work click on the side arrows or in the mobile version, simply swipe left or right on your device's screen.

With the - symbol in the lower right corner you can hide the details of the artwork and display the artwork in the center of the screen with the artist's name.

6.2 Filter artworks

On the main page, with the Filter symbol in the upper right corner you can filter the artworks with the help of a sidebar.

Artworks will be filterable by:

  • Artists authors of uploaded artworks
  • Size
  • Period
  • Status of the artwork
  • Online, whether the artwork has been published for the Fair or is still in draft form

To expand and view filter options, click on the arrow beside the categories present. Then select one or more filters by clicking in the circle next to the filter of your choice.

You will now display the filtered artworks, and a counter will appear next to the filter symbol indicating the number of filters applied in the display.

To remove the filter click Clear.

6.3 Manage Preview Settings

Clicking on the three dots symbol in the upper right corner provides access to the Preview Settings panel.

Here you will be able to manage:

  • the default language of the worksheets
  • price permits

Price, to give the option of whether or not to display the price of the artwork within the full-screen view (see paragraph above).

Price in grid, give the option to display the price in the grid view as well.

To expand and view filter options, click on the arrow beside the categories present. Then select one or more filters by clicking in the circle next to the filter of your choice.

You will now display the filtered artworks, and a counter will appear next to the filter symbol indicating the number of filters applied in the display.

To remove the filter click Clear.
